Caesar Hair Salon

I used to go to Caesar’s all the time when I lived in Suwanee but moved to Gainesville and started getting my hair cut at Great Clips. When my fiancé came up she needed a new doo so I suggested we go to see Kim, the owner at Caesar’s. Haven’t been in there in years. Well, Kim hasn’t lost her touch! She did a wonderful job with the cut that was a dramatic change! Highlights and the cut were both wonderful!! She was so pleased and I was, too! It was good to reconnect with them. I’m mostly bald so I’m easy money when I get a trim around the rim but I think I’m going to go back. I just love the way they operate! They are so friendly and they do great work!!

Never ran into this situation before, I came in to cut my hair and requested Mindy. She said it would be a few mins so I sat down. She finished with the client she had then started doing her own hair. Drying and styling it. Then after a family came in and she took them in immediately and said she did not have time to do my hair and I would have to get it done by someone else. This was after almost 40 mins of waiting. Absolutely ridiculous

Stopped in to this salon a several months ago on a whim and I have been using them ever since. It doesn't matter which person does my cut it always turns out fantastic. Awesome staff and great customer service.

This is the first bad review I have had to leave but this situation made me very upset. I scheduled an appointment with Mindy a day before at 3:15pm for my daughter and when we come in for an appointment *on time* she says she can't cut my daughters hair until she cuts someone else's hair that is in a "rush". I explained that I drove 30minutes to get there and had to get back to make it to a soccer game with my 3 children and she did not care. She asked me to return the next day and of course I will not be returning after my time was not respected. I hope no one ever runs into this situation if you decide to visit this salon.

The hair stylist Angie damaged my hair to the core!!! 😡😢 I’ve never had my hair bleached with all these chemicals in my hair before ever!!! to where it’s breaking into pieces after brushing and I don’t even know how many different colors it has, not to mention it again, one word, damaged!!! She kept me for 5 hours working on my hair foils and all that to do nothing but damage my hair!! and waste my time leaving my elderly mother with someone else to watch her! I asked to be refunded back the $190 and Kim (salon manager?) refused was rude and gave me attitude!! First she said she’ll fix it for me then as soon as her client walked in for her appointment she told me she can’t!! Pathetic! They didn’t care that they damaged my hair to fix it right away! Because that’s what you do if your a prof
