I just signed a lease to move my office to this location because I could not find any other location that can match the price, features or feel of this location. I have had the pleasure of using this location for my business for the past 4 months. I commute from Fort Worth, and this location is ideal with easy access to the highway and the surrounding area has amazing food options. If you need office supplies or snacks, Walmart is across the street; with a Sam's club also nearby. The offices are spacious, common areas are impeccably clean and maintained and there is plenty of fridge space available. All of this pales in comparison to the level of customer service provided by Taffy, the building manager. She bends over backwards to ensure that everyone is taken care of and has the best experience making the commute from Fort Worth worth it!

I was searching for an office near my home, and I loved Caddo! Taffy was fantastic to work with. She was very helpful when laying out all of my options and the benefits that come with a lease here.

Very friendly staff. Building is beautifully decorated inside and smelled wonderful, anyone would be lucky to have an office there.

If you don’t go to them, you are definitely losing money. They are wonderful, sweet and completely brilliant! They will be doing my taxes for the rest of my life!
