I walked in today because one of my hard gel nails broke (originally done by a different salon). I am traveling and it was SO hard to find a salon that uses builder gel WITHOUT gel-x! Luisa was able to take me. She was so nice and did a beautiful job. She mixed colors to create the perfect match to my other nails, and matched my design and nail shape beautifully. I am traveling from out of town and will definitely come here again to have Luisa do my fill before I leave!

I used to come here and a really nice lady named Martha would do my waxing. Just stopped in recently after some time and she wasn't there, but rather some really rude lady very short and round and cold. I decided to leave instead of waiting for an appointment and I walked down the street to a different salon where I was greeted so nicely with warmth and was offered coffee and the person did such a nice job! The second salon was only 2/3 of the price as well. Always go with your gut instinct. Update: you can see by the owner's response how bitter and rude she is. For your information my budget is high, I pay $75 for my body waxing, $100 for my massages, and I pay for other services without issue of price. Your salon however is over priced. Best hair salon in East Boston area. If you are looking for someone to take good care of your hair this is the spot! I have been a client for a few years. I remember the first time I met Tatiana. She was so welcoming and kind. She made me feel so comfortable, she didn’t treat me as a new client, she treated me as if I was a regular client and that was the main thing that made me go back a second time. And of course, I love the way she works. She is very professional and takes good care of my hair, she is not there just for the money, she makes sure you are getting a good service, she makes you feel at home when you come to her salon.
