CA Spa Nails

Unfortunately, my experience at CA Spa Nails was less than desirable both during the appointment and after the fact. When I walked in, I asked how long it would be until a spot opened up and they gave me a 15 to 20 minute ballpark. over an hour later, i was still waiting there and not until I looked like I was about to leave did they actually seat me. The ladies inside the nail salon also gave me attitude, and I responded back politely, even though they were less than kind in their demeanor towards me. I asked for a green nail gel set with chrome which is something that they offered, and the lady informed me it would be $10 extra for the chrome topping which I agreed to. Made an appt for the next morning about 15 minutes before they closed. Was in and out and deluxe pedicure done with exactly everything the way I liked it. Friendly and professional!!! 5 star!

I have been here before. The ladies are pretty nice. I called at 5:30pm tonight asking if they could get me in. I live 5 minutes away. She said sure not a problem. But lessened learned. They close at 7pm and they want to be out at 7pm sharp! They lady did my nails so fast that the polish wasn't used all the way down and you can see a gap on the nail. So any kind of growth within this week and next, there will be a bigger gap. Try and go before 5:30pm and they won't rush the process. This is going to bother me 😣.

Excellent nail salon. This is my regular place for manicures and pedicures. The staff is super friendly and they have lots of options for service.

Typically I like coming here. I like the owner. Rude when they talk amongst themselves. Today, the language barrier didn't get me what I wanted, only to learn by the owner they could do chrome polish on toes, when the pedicurist, said no. Also, getting expensive when they want to charge you for gel extra $15, nail cut, $5, nail shape $5. Going with glue on nails. Not worth paying over the top, when they can't give you what you want. Getting too expensive for nails and peds!
