I visited most recently February 2021. I had a great time was given my space to look around at my options wasn't rushed to pick something like at this other beauty supply store. This time a guy rang me up had a great peaceful vibe. Last time a woman rang me up also great sweet lady. I get my liquid lipstick here great quality so inexpensive. The wigs/ hair I got from here over the years was great quality lots of compliments.

Went to this store for a client and was not showed customer service. The cashier was watching me like a Hawk and when it came time to check out, I counted the money out and placed the money on the counter. The cashier repeated the total. I said that the money was in the counter, she said most people hand it to her. So I asked her was she alright? Because she was not displaying customer service. She put the change on the counter, I took it and advised, that I would be calling the owner. Then she wanted to talk and explain things, I walked out.

Went here today and felt like it was necessary for me to go out my way to make this review 🙄 I'm not sure if that's the owner ( tall tan guy with glasses ) but he needs to calm down. First off this beauty supply store sells OLD over priced hair. Some of the hair is sold in single bundles but its pack hair. They did have a buy one get one sale on some of the hair but when I asked about it I was given a rude response 🙄 the manniqueins that display the pack hair looks like it was done by the guy at the cash register. The vibe in that store was not good at all. I didnt want to make anyone feel bad so I just bought lip gloss and lashes. The guy at the cash register kept carrying on about some bundles he tried to sell me for $70 ... I told him the fair was to thin ... he continued on to say

Great selection of braiding hair as well as affordable, but hair products are a bit overpriced. As far as customer service, after being a customer over these past few years, I realized the usual cashier lady is not rude, rather reserve and straightforward, nothing to take personal.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service. Cashier stared at me the ENTIRE time acting as if I was going to steal something. Cashier was rude and did not enunciate.
