Cynthia is the best, she have been cutting my hair for the past 15+ years and I always came out happy with my haircut. I also got many compliments from people, both male and female. You will not be disappointed.
Been going here a few times and recently found out that the the owner and employees are racist by over charging anyone who isn't a particular race. They charge $15 to asians and to African-American, Hispanic, and etc get charged $20 to $30 for men and more for women. My Recommendation is to avoid this place even if they act friendly.
