These people are extremely rude and disrespectful. Please trust the one-star reviews. Today is Black Friday, and my sister went in to buy a few items. She simply asked the husband how much the discount was, and he immediately started yelling at her, shouting, “WE DON’T DO BLACK FRIDAY,” and escalating the situation for no reason. He even went as far as calling the police on her. He was also speaking harshly to the employee who was trying to help, telling her to “do her job” in a very demeaning way. The way they treat Black customers is unbelievable. Their own employee was Black, yet the treatment was still terrible. Black people in Bloomfield deserve our own beauty supply stores, we are tired of dealing with this kind of racism and disrespect. I’ve personally had a bad experience there b

Do not buy anything from this beauty supply store. They are scamming people. I came in to purchase a human-hair wig, but it looked exactly like synthetic hair. Today is Black Friday, and when I politely asked the man if he could bring the price down, he started yelling at me. He said his store doesn’t do Black Friday at all. This place is unprofessional and disrespectful. Do NOT shop at this beauty supply.

Went for a ponytail and was blown away. Lots of lengths, textures and colors. Was looking for avocado garnier. No one had it in my area. They did, with conditioner. A large selection of everything hair, hair products, skin care, and jewelry.

The store is clean and I found what I was looking for. Yes, there was a lady " watching customers" but since she kept a decent distance, it didnt bother me. However most items are overpriced. After leaving I checked my receipt and realized I was over charged for one item and for that reason I will not shop here again. My mistake for rushing.... so please pay attention when the cashier is ringing up your items.
