PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW, IT COULD PREVENT AN ILLNESS. I don't usually write reviews of anything (good or bad). If I had bad service, I simply don't go back, period. But this time, it requires more than just a bad review; it needs to be reported. A brief summary of the service: it wasn't good or bad, it was OK. The person focused on my neck and back problem. On several occasions, they left the room door open to answer the phone. Up to that point, I simply wouldn't go back. The problem arose after the massage. Once outside the room, they offered me a bottle of water. I took it but didn't open it and drank (thankfully). This morning, when I got in my car, I saw the water bottle (the same one they gave me at the place), but the water was yellowish or a little greenish. I wondered, what happene

I called the same day to see if there was any availability as I was visiting from out of town and wanted a 90 minute massage. I was told that I could come in 20 minutes. I was only 6 minutes away. I got there and when I walked in, the woman who didn't look friendly at all tells me that they are busy and I told her that I was told to come now for a 90 minute massage. She kept telling me that they were busy. I showed her on my phone where I had called and the time. She then called someone and then hung up and said to me that they were busy. At that point I walked out. I will never visit that place again. Not professional in my opinion.

I have been here 1 time before and the massage was great. I decided to come back a second time and unfortunately my experience was totally different. My boyfriend and I walked in & they asked us to pay ahead. That was totally fine. While my boyfriend was paying I decided to get a cup of water from the filtered water station( I can’t think of the exact name of it) as I was drinking water the lady urgently tells me to spit it out. She apologizes and hands me a bottle of water. I asked her what was wrong with it, but no one could answer me. I was disgusted and quite skeptical about moving forward after that, but decided to ignore it because mistakes happen. I walked into the room they led me to and as I was about to lay down I noticed there was lipstick and makeup all over the towels that I w

Don’t bother coming here. I have always called before coming and something always happens that they end up either forgetting I called, making me wait for over 15 mins or simply not care. I have given this place three chances and yesterday was the last straw. I called, asked if I can come in within 15 mins, I drive and all to be denied because they took a couple instead of me who made an appointment.

This was my third time here and, consistently, my massages have been great. Great pressure, technique, and the masseuse listened to me as I explained the areas that needed attention. I have to drive 40 miles to get here, but it’s worth it. I’ll keep coming back for my “fix”. Sheila
