Very rude all the time! Acts as if you are not spending your money, a and they are giving you free services! Do what they want, instead of what you request. Or acts as if , what they did is not wrong. Use dirty stained gloves , looks as if they have been reusing them for the whole month! Had to tell nail tech to change gloves. Thought she was going to use the same gloves she used for my pedi for my mani. She still saved the gloves and didn’t throw them out…Don’t like to be corrected. Very argumentative ! Not clean, always have new workers, which is not a good look. Have to direct them every step of the way. Push products on you without informing you of the price. I’ve spent money with them a handful of times. The service never gets better. Won’t get my money anymore, surprised they are st

Today was my worst nail experience ever! Not only did I have to get out of character because the nail tech wouldn’t give me quality nails! She also pretended as if she couldn’t understand my request! The nail tech expected me to walk out of the nail salon with clumpy Cocain nails and nails that were not the same length ! I’m am very upset right now! I do not like my nails at all the more I sit and think I should’ve just got my money refunded! Get better nail techs please ! And thank you!

I like this nail salon. I personally prefer the mother so I will wait for her. I dont know if they do all them fancy designs lol bc I always get French. She does awesome eye brows as well.
