BZB Barbershop

Jonathan the young barber is a legend for his age! He works very hard to become better and I have been going to him forever. The progress Jonathan has made is amazing! I will for sure keep coming back to Jonathan, he has a lot of experience for his age! Benny is also an extremely talented barber! In my opinion this is the best barber shop in all of Queens!!

went to get a haircut...first time in yrs. i decided to get a trim and i showed the barber what i wanted. he was cutting the hair, but it was still too long where i told him to do shoulder length. he cut it again, but it is now too short.... not only that, but as he was cutting my hair, he was badly holding the comb brush where it was almost hitting my eye and even hitting my cheek. unfortunately, this was a new person (a kid) and he needs much more experience. i will maybe come back.... but not with that specific barber.

At exactly 8:50am on 7/5/24, I called Benny and booked an appointment (for the same day) at 11:30a. Benny confirmed the appointment for 11:30a. I arrived early at 11:15am and Benny said “…Paul, you are early…” I told him that I knew I was, not to worry. Benny was already working on a customer in the chair. At about 11:22a, a man walked in with his small son. They sat in the waiting area in the front while I continued to sit in a chair along the back mirrored wall behind the barber chairs. I thought it was strange because there were no other barbers. I heard/saw from the way Benny greeted them (even offering to ‘high-five’ the little boy) that Benny knew them and they had been there before. So, I figured that they had no appointment and just walked-in. Benny finished with the customer at 11

If I could give this place a zero ⭐️ I would do it in a second. I had the worst experience after getting a haircut and a beard trim/shape up. when I ask the barber how much? He said $40. I was surprised by the price so I asked him why so much money? He started to explain but we were interrupted by the owner saying that the haircut was $20 and the beard trim/shape-up was $15 😵‍💫. This was never brought up to me by the barber if he had I would have said Hell no. The price that they are charging you should be a crime.

Asked for a trim to get me to shoulder length, barber immediately lopped off way more than that. And it looks awful and uneven and out of proportion.
