My toes were done nicely but I was very disappointed with my manicure. I got acrylic tips and they came off five days later. It didn't come out anything like how I wanted or how I showed her. She overcharged me and it was very much a rip off, I have never payed that much for nails especially nails that did not satisfy me.

I came here a few weeks ago to ask how much it would be to get acrylic nails, they told me it was 21 dollars. The next time I came to actually get it done, I was told that it was 37 dollars after they put the nails on me and wanted me to pay before I was even done. On top of that, I got a bleeding nail when she used her nail to fix something. When my nail also got messed up, she used her thumb to fix it. It was very unprofessional of her to do that, I could've done it myself, I went to her and asked her to re do it but instead, I got that. Also, I told her about my bleeding nail, she put a blue liquid substance on it and it burned. I think it was nail polish remover since nail polishes contain acid and acids burn. Instead of oiling my bleeding nail, she put something with acid on it. When

i went there to get my nails filled in. while KIM was filling nails in, she dipped it in the powder and didnt even use a brush to even it out. she only used a nails file and buffer and it didnt even do anything. all my nails are different sizes and are so uneven. DONT GET UR NAILS DONE HERE OR BY KIM. she had such a bad attitude and made my nails look so bad. never again
