I visited here to buy a gift for a friend, and it was a fantastic experience. The store has a sleek and luxurious atmosphere that immediately caught my eye. While I was waiting, Hector kindly introduced me to a variety of fragrances, which helped me discover new scents. His attentive service made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning next time!

I don’t typically leave reviews anywhere, but I felt compelled to share this unfortunate experience. During my visit, I had an uncomfortable interaction with a male employee with long curly hair. When entering the store I saw this employee sitting behind the counter and seemed bothered to get up as I entered the store. His tone came across as snippy and condescending, especially when discussing fragrance notes. When I shared what I thought I smelled, his correction felt dismissive rather than helpful. This was my first time experiencing these fragrances, and the interaction left such a negative impression that I now associate the scents with that moment. As a result, I’m considering exploring another brand instead.

The salesperson was nice. I would just recommend if you get the travel sample pack that you double check the bottles before you leave the store. One of mine was underfilled. As these are three for $175 you definitely want to make sure you're getting all of your money's worth.

Smells incredible and the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful with out be being pushy / aggressive. Lilly / Lili was super kind & helpful :) My new fave fragrance zone at The Grove
