By the Sea Day Spa

I have been a client of By the Sea since they were located in New Haven a VERY long time ago. I just had a very overdue facial with Farah. It was wonderful! She was professional, knowledgeable, & very nice. She offered me skin care tips & product recommendations (I am a faithful user of the Emenence line for many years). I will make my next facial appointment with Farah. Thank you, Farah, for a great facial!

I recently had a fabulous facial at the By the Sea Day Spa. The facility is very clean and beautifully decorated. The music, lighting and color scheme all create a very calming atmosphere. My technician was excellent and very sensitive to my specific concerns and needs. I look forward to returning for another service very soon.

I had a wonderful massage with Jaiden today. I’ve been having lower back issues that she spent a lot of time working on. I honestly feel much better, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Jaiden!

I've been so busy lately and unable to make it there before closing. When I called, they were so understanding and even offered to stay open a little later so I can pick up my order. That type of kindness and customer service means alot.

Hands down the BEST massage I’ve ever had. Jeanifer was great, attentive, and made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Afterwards, my body had never felt better. PS: my shoulder loosened up after leaving and feels great! See you soon!
