Amy went above and beyond in every way. I called By the Bay out of desperation after being canceled last minute by another local spot. Amy returned my call within 10 minutes and offered me a last minute spot that had opened for that morning. I was truly grateful after a long road trip and being pregnant. The amazing care continued after arrival where she listened intently to my requests and asked if anything could be done to improve my experience. Professional, and kind at all times. The massage was also amazing and extremely relaxing. This place does not miss. I’ll be back!
