Your receptionist is VERY RUDE and unaccomodating. She hung up on me 3 times, made huffy noises in my ear, and told me I was being "too persistent" when I called to ask about an email address where I can send an open invoice. I called once and asked for a good contact for accounts recievable. She transferred me to a voice mail so I called back and politely asked for an email address. She interrupted me several times huffing that she had just transferred me to accounts recievable and did I leave a voicemail..I told her I hadn't and I only called back to see if she could give me an email to send the invoice to.
