I’ve been a customer at BW Salon over 7 years, I use my own hair products, I asked Denise, the hairdresser, to confirm if she really did use my developer or the salon developer, she got angry, said she refuse to be my hairdresser anymore, the next day reported me to the salon and got me banned from there as a client, she would not even allow any stylist to work with me. That’s how vindictive she is. She had the receptionist text me, say they can no longer provide service to me, they won’t allow me to use my own products & to find another salon!

I’ve had my hair colored twice and today I got a beautiful haircut with Gustavo. He did exactly how the picture I showed him and I can’t be happier with the results! Gustavo knows what he’s doing and he’s also a very kind person. I Highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and makes you feel fabulous walking out of the salon!

Came for a blow dry with curls, Alfredo took his time to do a wonderful job with my hair and it came out exactly like the photo I showed him! The salon is nice, everyone is friendly and polite, very good prices for sunny isles! Will be coming back!

Ruben, the owner, did this "haircut" and the highlights and my hair is all burned. For fix this disaster another hairstylist did cut my hair up of my shoulder and the color ,who did cost me double i paid here. Please avoid this place .

Been shopping around for a new place to get my hair cut. Who knew I’d find one literally in my backyard. BW was bright and clean and the staff were all super friendly. I walked in without an appointment (but I would recommend calling them to make one) because I’d only gone to ask about services and pricing. It was about $40 + tip for a men’s cut and wash and it was well worth it. Alfredo did an awesome job. I know where I’ll be going from now on. Thanks BW
