BV NAILS & LOUNGE

I visited the salon as a walk-in and was seated immediately, resulting in zero waiting time. ​I got a regular manicure and pedicure. My technician, Nina, was really good —her technique was fast, clean, gentle, and professional. The service was relaxing and thorough. ​The massage chairs were premium and very comfortable, which made the pedicure experience especially enjoyable. Highly recommend this salon for reliable service.

And this one star is because my paint is pretty. I booked n appointment online for5:45 pm. Spa Pedicure and full set, dip powder. And I booked with same person for both services. Lady did my pedi but complained the whole time, but good job on toes but she got tired and half did the scraping of feet and kept reminding me that my feet were dry! said it like 5 times, so unprofessional ! but then she stops and say can't finish scraping and she wont charge ! Ok thank you... Move on to nails, mind you i booked for same person for both services, she directs me to here then sit somewhere else, I sit. Then a young man proceeds to sit down and do my nails ! I said no,,, i do not want a guy doing my nails, only because the men are rough, snatching your hand, rushing NO, not my nails today. So anothe

My sister and law went here together and highly recommend. We made appointments ahead of time and I booked with Sophia and she did such a good job!!! They put us in a room together for the pedicure which was unexpected and really nice. We both got spa gel mani-pedis. I always want to do a design but am sadly always disappointed with the half jobs I usually get but NOT TODAY! Sophia was so detail oriented she took off any flower that she felt wasn’t perfect and I am so happy with the result. Highly recommend, especially with Sophia. Wish I knew the name of who did my sister in-laws nails.

Sloppy, rude, painful. Male technician glued extensions to my skin and left clumps of gel under my nails. While applying the extensions he kept bumping the underside of the long, freshly glued ones. He didn’t understand when I tried to explain he was hurting me. Instead, I asked him to cut them short enough to be out of his way while he worked. He mocked me and seemed to suggest I’d never had tips before and didn’t understand the process. The technician didn’t file the sides of the tips all the way to the base which left a sharp, weird-looking shape. When I checked out I tried to show the manager the clumps of gel under my nails and he told me it would wash off.
