Bumble and bumble.

From the moment I walked in to exiting, I was greeted with a fun and professional environment: offered a drink immediately upon walking in, Ian began working on my hair right on schedule. There was no wait or delay on a Saturday (!) middle of the day. I came in with a Bob that had grown out from seven months ago and came out looking like an entirely brand new person (even while keeping my length as planned). Ian took such good care of me and had such good aesthetic that I was able to just let him run with the idea I came in with. I am still getting compliments on my haircut and I tell all of them to go to Bumble to see Ian.

Like the other reviewer- my hair also looks worse than when I went in. I went in as a BLONDE ROOT TOUCH UP MODEL and I left as a brunette- which I don't want to be! I saw Rain who asked me if I liked the golden blonde color of my hair and wanted to keep it- to which I answered YES! I was only supposed to be getting a root touch up to cover my greys and they completely changed my hair color. When the instructor came over because I was immediately upset that Rain had done whatever they wanted instead of keeping my hair color (which took me OVER A YEAR to get to!!!!!!!!!!!!) the instructor tried to convince me it wasn't that dark. I showed her the photo I took in the salon literally before Rain- and she had the audacity to say to me that it could look different because of lighting- WE WERE IN

Loved the haircut I got from Ian! He listened to my needs and when I asked, he made some great suggestions. I have curly wavy hair and he really understood how to cut and layer it to make it feel lighter. I’ve also gone to Vanessa a few times for color. She’s amazing! She listened to my needs and matched my natural hair color.

I had highlights done with Vanessa, the newest colorist at Bumble & Bumble, and she was wonderful! She was extremely careful and checked in with me every step of the way. Great communication, attention to detail, and a really lovely experience overall. My hair looks beautiful — highly recommend her!

I’ve been going to Dana for 5 years and she’s absolutely amazing! She’s taken me through so many hair changes and she always gives me exactly what I want.
