Angel the manager is friendly and helped fix a bad haircut I got the day before. It was supposed to be long layers and at least to me. It looked like somebody grabbed the section of my hair and just cut it. First picture of back of hair. We told the original hairstylist Delnaz to only cut 3 inches off of my son‘s hair and she probably did more like 4 to 5 inches his was a good enough haircut, but not what we really wanted. Went from second picture to third picture. I think the prices are too high for the type of service you get they are the gap to the Old Navy for hair Cuttery, but I don’t think they really offer you a better experience. Three stars bc of the manager otherwise would have been 2 stars

I recently moved back here and quickly realized how expensive it is even just for a trim. I tried coming here because it was a little bit cheaper. HUGE mistake. I could’ve just gone to hair cuttery for the same product. All I needed was a trim on the haircut I already had. I had slight, long layers, and a long face frame. The face frame is where they messed up. On one side It’s completely uneven, it’s choppy, it’s basically layers all down the front of my hair that are not blended at all. I can’t even get it fixed because it’s already too short on the messed up side and I don’t want the other side to be that short. It sucks so much because I already lovvvveed my hair style, I just needed to get rid of the dead ends and now it’s gonna take years to fix. :(

I booked a cut and blow-dry appointment for my 14-year-old daughter, who has beautiful long curly hair. Because of her hair length and texture, the stylist let me know upfront that the service would be $100, which was $31 more than the original price, and I agreed to that. However, at checkout I was charged $110. While her hair does look beautiful, what we asked for was a trim with long layers, and she ended up losing about four (possibly five) inches of length. For healthy long hair, that’s much more than a trim. My daughter also said her scalp was hurting because the stylist was using her nails to massage her scalp while washing her hair. Overall, the result looks nice, but I don’t feel the experience or outcome was worth $110.

Got my hair done by Sara- the best!! My hair was feeling super heavy, and she managed to lighten it while keeping it one length (and without cutting it too short). She’s the most professional and respectful stylist I’ve been to in a while. Definitely coming back!

I had the best experience with Mary! She did my eyebrows and hair, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. She’s incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and really takes the time to make sure everything looks perfect. My brows have never looked this clean and natural, and my hair came out absolutely gorgeous. On top of that, Mary is so kind and professional—it felt more like being pampered by a friend than a regular appointment. I left feeling so confident and refreshed. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly knows their craft!
