I came in requesting a pretty far shot shade based on my natural color. I didn’t request any specific person but was quickly and kindly greeted by Lexie who did an amazing job. She took the time to understand all my ideas, and helped me come up with a realistic shade that will get me as close as possible to my desired inspirations. She was very informative about the procedures and what to expect for aftercare and maintenance. I am very grateful for all the extra time and work she spent to get my hair looking so great!!

Oye demostrated to be professional with great knowledge in her work. She asked me questions about my routine but also gave very good recommendations for my type of hair and products I should use. I am very satisfied with my haircut and treatment and with new products I bought. For sure I will be back.

My 80-year-old mother went to this establishment to have her hair color changed to gray, and the result was disastrous! It came out orange. She trusted the expertise of someone named Oye, and we’ve been waiting for over a week for a call back from someone named Senora. Oye claims she left a voicemail, but no call was ever received. After three hours in the chair and being charged $300, my mom walked out with orange hair. Charging an elderly woman this much money for a service that failed so badly is beyond despicable. To make matters worse, she was billed for a service she did not actually receive, and we are still waiting on a refund. I brought my daughter to get her haircut by Macy who had done such a great job on my hair a few months prior. She gave my daughter the exact thing she had asked for which is not always easy to meet the expectations of a 15 year old. She also helped us to identify the challenges of our well water and helped guide us to the products that would help. Many thumbs up to Macy at Bubbles in Annapolis!

Senora was great as always. Senora’s been doing my hair for almost four years, and she keeps my highlights looking beautiful and natural, while keeping my hair healthy. I’m so happy to have someone I can trust with my hair.
