Brows Bar Threading Lounge

did my eyebrows here worst experience ever!!!! She did a horrible job one eye brow is thin and the other was is thick please stay very far from this place…She expected tip on top of the horrible job she did!!! Don’t understand how this place is up and running based off the reviews that have been written about this place truly sucks…So sad to know my eyebrows will be messed up for a Good month….

Awful expierence I just had , I always see this store decided to give it a try today , the lady was okay in customer service at first she was hading out a flyer and then I told her I just need CLEAN UP literally that’s all I asked for , she said okay no problem and as soon as she started I just knew she messed up cuz it took her a good 20 min to finish I got wax and she kept going over it with threading after and starting cutting it , and literally doing the most for just clean up after 20 min she gave me the mirror and my eyebrows went from thick to supper thin , and one of them were uneven from the other , she asked if I liked it I just said “mhm” cuz I was so mad . I ended up tipping her anyway which I now regret 🤦🏾‍♀️pls do better stop doing the most for clean up

I went in Friday with 30 minutes to spare. When I got there, there was no one else in the store and the employee was on the phone. I asked if she had time to do my brows, and she pointed me to the chair. Throughout the half a minute I was there, she had an attitude. She broke the thread twice trying to breeze through doing my brows and in the end gave up. She had me out of the chair in less than a minute without all the thoroughness I’ve come to expect from most brow threading places. The only reason I tipped her at all was out of shock. Please better train your employees or else hire new ones who at least pretend to give a damn about their jobs.

The women who runs the place is nice and does a B- sort of job. We usually go to Saya Salon but didn't have time and opted for this instead. I'm grateful she didn't mess up my shape, but you could hardly tell a difference when I got up from the chair. Just not really the cleanest thread I've seen, but it'll do in a pinch.

Awful experience!! The lady was RUDE, did threading without neatness and trying to charge me extra, to top that, she was expecting a tip too. They should lower the price if they keep up this awful service. No wonder the place is always empty. I wish i had read the reviews before wasting my time and money.
