This place is exceptionally great. Manju is just great at what she does, she is friendly and had great experience and feels like coming here again and again. Highly recommend this place, great customer service

Absolutely, superb. I have been to countless brow designers in the NOVA area and many have done well - however, this location in the Fair Oaks Mall has superseded the rest. The lighting is comforting, the chairs are comfortable, and the service is top tier. I was not only professionally serviced by -Sabina- but informed of my eyebrow shape and how I could improve it by (my own fault) not shaving it a certain way to match the other side. Bar none the best quality brow threading location, for quality AND price. If you're having trouble deciding, just go here. You won't regret it.

Been going to them for years and they used to be so good! The last time I went I had a new lady working on my eyebrows but the (I think) manager had to come over and tell her places that she needed to correct and rethread. Today, I had the same lady (she seemed to be the only one there) and she took forever, to the point where my arms were so sore holding my eyelid down. I initially thought she was doing a meticulous job but ended up with this…. As someone who isn’t super picky about shape and size, even I can tell how uneven and asymmetrical my eyebrows are. Super disappointed as this was my go to eyebrow place for years but I’m worried about coming back and wasting my money

I've always had a pretty good experience here. They are quick and do a great job. Prices are reasonable and they are easy to find within the mall. I feel like every person I've gotten has done a great job on my eyebrows. No complaints here!
