To say I am disappointed with my most recent experience is an Understatement ! To be fair, during my first visit, this provider did an excellent job shaping my brows. I was very happy with the results. During that same visit, however, my skin was burned by wax that was too hot. I did not leave a negative review or make a formal complaint at that time because the brow shaping itself was good. When I informed her later about the burn, I received an apology, but no real accountability or corrective action. Because I liked how my brows were shaped the first time, I chose to return. Before my most recent appointment, I sent photos of my natural lashes and asked whether I was a good candidate for a lash lift. I’ve been going to Arti for almost two years, and every appointment has been amazing. She’s professional, gentle, and incredibly skilled at her craft. When I first came in, my brows were very thin, and she did a great job helping me grow them out and shape them beautifully. Moved to Houston a few months ago and needed someone who could do eyebrow threading. I found Arti and the search was over! She never fails to make my eyebrows look perfect (first pic) and takes her time to make sure I am pleased. I have also gotten a full set of eyelash extensions (second pic) and LOVED them. Recently got my eyelashes tinted and lifted which I also loved because it made my eyelashes look fake when i put on mascara (third and fourth pic)!
