At 4:12 pm I was disappointed with the job the lady provided me with. I asked for a clean up per usual and she thinned my eyebrows not how I wanted. I am very very upset and unsatisfied and I will NOT be coming back.

Service was great, I was greeted as soon as I came in. Nancy that woman that did my brows was very friendly and did a great job.

On Sep 16,2022 around 1:30pm I went to get my brows done and not only was I unhappy with the results I’m fine with that because luckily it can grow back. I was just unhappy with the costumer service from the girl, she had dyed red hair and glasses. She was rough and left me a bit hurt under my brows and she would adjust the position of my head (I wasn’t happy with her doing that) rather than asking me. I like going there and have been going for some time now it was just that this time I was not happy with the costumer service of this specific girl.

Been going here since 2022. Never I had a bad experience. The ladies are always nice. Felt need to write a review since most of them are outside from 5 years ago

My husband and I have been coming here for months to get our eyebrows done. Some do good some could do better. I am doing this post because of something that happened today. As we were waiting to get called our 2 kids were playing in the little play area they have inside the place. When out of nowhere the employee rushes towards my kids and yells at them. They were playing with the foam mat and she literally snatched the pieces from their hands. At the moment, my husband went to get our kids in trouble thinking they had done something wrong, to what we hear her keep complaining and pretty much screaming it out as she told the person getting services about. The lady who did this was one with a facial birthmark around her left eye/eyebrow. I honestly felt soooo mad, they did nothing wrong,
