I received the most amazing lash lift and tint from Stacy last week! She truly listened to my preferences regarding shape and tint color. My natural lashes have never looked fuller or longer. Brow Chic is the best in the biz!

I went to Brow Chic for the first time mid 2025 and had a great experience getting an eyebrow tint and thread. I returned again later in the year and was not as thrilled with my experience. I received a concerning email related to my second experience and reached out to Brow Chic. They immediately responded with an apology, reported they would rectify the situation, and offered a free service. I truly just wanted to let them know about the situation so that the business was not negatively impacted and did not expect anything in return. Haley completed my thread and brown stain and it was amazing! I will definitely continue to return. Love supporting our small businesses!

My first experience with a lash lift and tint was amazing! Super clean and friendly atmosphere, relaxing service, gentle and professional technitian. I got exactly the results I was hoping for--open, fluffy lashes without the heavy look of extensions. As a mom of 2 it's so nice to have one less thing to do in the morning and not have to worry about crazy smeared mascara eyes after workouts and swims. I will be rebooking for sure!

am i a woman in my 20s or mr. bean? find out next time on dumb ways to spend your money. in all seriousness, i asked for a straight brow that was slightly bushy. imagine if i had a wedding, job interview or other special event? the tint is very blotchy and smeared, not to mention the asymmetry or that the tails are so long i could almost tuck them behind my ear. i LOVE supporting small businesses, but for $130, i’d rather not get bullied by my friends AND my bank account.
