I usually never have an issue but today I left with two completely different eyebrows one was thin the other was left bushy, One was cut to short with scissors the other side not cut enough. I had to go to other place to pay someone to fix them.

When I walked in to this place the new girl tried to assist me (she messed up my eyebrows in the pass and I was trying to avoid it from happening again) and I requested the more seasoned lady who I am also used to, to do it instead. None of them looked pleased with the request and made it seem as if I was a bother. I now have uneven eyebrows and will have to wait weeks for them to grow back.

I do not recommend and wonder how they have a 3.8 star review as the customer service was not any different from others and the work itself was not done well. My eyebrows left uneven and she over threaded in areas. She realized she made a mistake after threading one eyebrow and then went to try and fix it which made it worse. I had to leave for my vacation with uneven threaded eyebrows and the shape was non flattering to my face. This proves that she does not know how to shape eyebrows and is unaware of the attention to detail when a client comes in asking for clean and even shape fix. I have been searching for a threading salon since moving here as my previous one is out of state and will not be recommending nor coming back to this place. I really hope my eyebrows grow back. I really do.

I had a terrible experience at this place. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted with henna, and I also booked an eyelash extension service that was supposed to be “lash-by-lash” with high-quality materials, as promised. However, they used a glue that caused severe irritation to my eyes, and the results were terrible. The threading and tinting were rushed and uneven. As for the eyelashes, the work was so bad that I had to remove the extensions right there because I couldn’t stand it. Despite all this, the staff was unprofessional and charged me as if they had done a good job. This level of carelessness and disrespect towards customers is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid having such an unpleasant experience 😓

The employees are nice and maybe it’s just me but I am not a fan of how they tint . I always leave wanting to wipe it all off waste of $25
