Brow Bliss

I loved my experience at Brow Bliss Salon! The staff were super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. They did an amazing job shaping my brows and paid attention to every detail. My brows look clean and natural. I highly recommend this place if you want your brows done right!

I love this place!! They always do such a good job on my eyebrows, they also offer the best unlimited membership which make is great for people that go in so often. The salon is always clean and the environment is so friendly and homelike. I would recommend Brow Bliss to all my friends and family.

I have been a patron of this place for 10 years. They are kind, thorough and always greet me with a smile. My only complaint is the occasional long wait. But, hey that means they are good!

It seemed like a nice place based on the customer service from another worker who greeted me kindly, but the woman I had doing my brows was not giving the same energy AT ALL. She rushed the job not asking me questions about what I might want and she just went to work and didn’t ask me nothing about what I was expecting for a brow shape. It was my mistake and fault for trusting someone who I don’t know with the process and thinking she might know what she’s doing. That is never the type of threading place I’d ever experienced before. She made it really bad for me especially because I grew my brows out for some months just wanting a clean-up and instead she gave me Y2K brows, which I can pull off but didn’t want that shape. Showed up at 6:33. The girl had a friend sitting in there and was working on a client (who also from interactions seemed like a friend). She almost seemed annoyed I walked in. The two friends giggled as she told me they were closed and this was her last client (reminded me of teenagers). This is the second time I have watched them treat women of a race other than their own unfriendly and cold. I thought the first time was just an off day. The website and the door is posted they are open until 7pm, which is why I decided to make the drive at 6:05.
