I just left, and I am devastated. I asked for a simple clean-up, but she completely destroyed my eyebrows. I clearly said “clean up only, I want my eyebrows to remain same shape.” Not only are the stray hairs still there — meaning the clean-up wasn’t even done properly — but the shape is completely wrong. They are two different shapes, and one of them is so uneven it’s so ugly. I was nearly in tears while still in the shop, trying to explain that the brows were mismatched and I wasn’t happy with the result. Instead of listening, she corrected me by saying, “They are about the same — there’s not much difference.” That made it worse. On top of that, my skin is red and irritated from how rough she was with my face. I wanted her to at least match the shape of both brows, but I was too afrai

I have been coming here for years! They do my eyebrows and my daughters. As a teen they do very well keeping her natural shape.

New management!!!!! Please go with Rita!! She’s the best! Best eye brow experience ever. She def shapes my eyebrows perfectly. The way she does it, flows perfectly and is less painful than all my previous experiences. After shaping it she puts aloe Vera and gave me a preview to her head massage. Amazing! I’ve given this location multiple chances to fix my eyebrows each time she does the opposite of what I tell her to fix and do. And my eyebrows r now horrible cause of her. I hope she understands that she cannot continue to ruin women’s eyebrows. She is receiving 1 star because of her lack of skill. I cannot believe it! Horrible job. I would not recommend this location.

Omg Rita is amazing. Was skeptical going in for my eyebrows but she did an awesome job of it. And the oil head massage was so good. Heads up though wear a ratty old t shirt as the oil is quite pungent and will get on your clothes. My new go to place for eyebrows and more.
