I cannot believe I kept coming back here. Yes, my eyebrows usually turn out fine, but the way this woman treats her customers is honestly unbelievable. Every single time I come in, I’m made to wait 15–20 minutes for no reason. She’ll be eating, sitting on her phone laughing with friends, or just doing anything but helping the customers standing right in front of her. Today was the final straw. We drove 35 minutes out of our way to come here, and when I walked in, she told me to leave and come back in 30 minutes because she was “cleaning.” No apology. No explanation. Just attitude. I politely explained that we drove far and that doing my brows would take just a few minutes, and instead of being understanding, she started raising her voice and accusing me of being rude. Worst place to go. Employee was very rude. Had extremely bad experience with her. The first time I went there she was on phone and dint even look at me. I sat on the chair and dint feel good so I got up in 10 secs to leave then she asked me what happened and I normally answered I will come back and left. Later I went back to that place after a month she remembered me and immediately started to talk to me with the intention of fighting and said “you came last time and dint trust my work and left” I responded very normally telling “no I was not well that’s why I left” and I showed her my old picture to show her my actual brow shape and she said “I don’t do that, I will do my own way”. Great experience! I needed my eyebrows done quickly before an event, and they did an incredible job. Very precise and professional. I left feeling confident and happy!

The employee working there was incredibly rude, and unprofessional. I went to get my eyebrows threaded, and when I walked in she was lounging on a chair on the phone and didn’t acknowledge me until she walked up to the counter and finished her phone conversation. When the service began she had a difficult time explaining what she wanted from me and instantly got extremely frustrated when I wasn’t understanding her (unclear) directions and making sly remarks towards me. Thankfully the whole experience was over relatively quickly. I’d much rather go without having my eyebrows done than having to deal with that employee or establishment ever again.

I have been to this Mayfair facility on several occasions to offer grace. The lady who helped me was very rude. she was the on the phone the entire time. She got upset when I used my discount that THEY offer. She tried to say I was rude and mean cause I didn’t know you count eat in the waiting area. She tried to talk about me in her native language. She should not be in Mayfair as she is not a reflection of the mall. If she could get a negative star ⭐️ I would give her several. DO NOT GO HERE… she makes you look like angry bird.
