Used to love this place but the lady thinned out my entire eyebrow and thought that it looked okay? I’ve never had a painful experience with threading but for the first time I flinched and kept squirming becuase of how painful it was. No wonder why this place is going out of business all the talented and professional threaders left. The ladies name who thinned it out was Hemlata Ben Tadal. Do not get her.

Do not go here!! I specifically asked for my eyebrows to NOT be made thin and yet that’s still exactly what the lady had did to me. Not only did she make my eyebrows extremely thin, but when I expressed my frustration with the result, there was absolutely no remorse. Rather than apologizing for her mistake, she kept trying to justify the fact that she basically took my entire eyebrows off. Typically I’m not one to criticize but this service was beyond horrible. If there was an option to leave a negative amount of stars, then I would. Do not waste your time or money!

First time ever getting my brows threaded and the lady did awesome! Thank you! If I lived here this would be my new go to place!

i am in no way a perfectionist nor do i expect everyone to be one and i never judge a store or anything on 1 experience so that’s why i kept going here around 5 times but every time they mess up the shape of my brows and don’t even clean it up well, there’s always so much hair left. i am done going here. i do not recommend

I went in to get my eyebrows threaded. Idk what her name was but the lady that did my eyebrows messed them up so badly. My left eyebrow has an arch so high i always look curious. Its too thin and i already have a problem with that eyebrow thinning. I was so unhappy and she didnt even apologize. She just went on and acted like it was alright. NEVER GO HERE
