Brow Art 23 (Eyebrow Threading)

Horrible, inexperienced people there. I got threading and tinting here in Towson on Saturday, and by the NEXT DAY-Sunday - not only had the tint disappeared after two showers, but a very bad itchy, burning, rash appeared in my hair follicles throughout both brows. When I called back, the woman who said she was manager, was rude and told me I must have very sensitive skin. I told her that I mentioned that and asked it if mattered and the brow tech said it would be fine. The manager said I needed to come back the same day for a redo. When I explained it was just 2 days later and I would need time to HEAL, askied if I can come at a later date for tinting in the future, she interrupted me and just hung up! When I called back, no answer. Should have stuck with my usual place!

Cancelled my reservation on ClassPass even though I called and confirmed that they had someone who could do a lash lift/tint and brows. If you aren’t going to honor your reservations on there, then why are you signed up on that platform?

Service today was exceptional. Pragya was very polite, friendly and helpful. I expressed concerns about how my brows are shaped and how I wanted them to look. She listened carefully and explained what she planned to do. She asked for my opinion as she went along. I loved the outcome!

This is my second time here. I came three years ago and they had me looking crazy with their tinting. I decided to give it another shot cus my usual lady was booked. I definitely should have inspected closer before I left but they looked tired and it was late so I was rushing to leave. The top of my eyebrow barely looks touched!! There’s little hairs everywhere that is so hard to miss, I can’t even excuse it. I don’t know who taught these people threading but they need better teachers. Charge $5 more than my usual and bad work….

I have been getting my brows threaded here for a few years now. I already have very thick eyebrows so I make it clear that I only want them "cleaned up" and not thin. They always listen and I am always satisfied. I will continue to return.
