Karla provided outstanding service! She was professional, gentle, and truly paid attention to detail. My brows came out perfectly shaped and clean — exactly what I wanted. She made the whole experience comfortable and easy. I’ll definitely be booking with Karla again!

I live near the mall but I usually travel to district heights Maryland to get my eyebrows done. I visited this location on 2/6/26 because I needed my brows done and didn’t have time to travel. My eyes look fine. However, the person who did my brows wasn’t very friendly. I said “hello” and all she said was “what do you need”. I started to walk out immediately but I was desperate. I explained that I needed my eyebrows done and I like this thick. She said okay, told me to sit down and start threading. The only words she said to me during my service was “hold your hands here”. My total was $15.00 in which I paid with my debit card. I tipped her $3.00 and she said thank you. My problem is that as I was walking out the door I heard her telling her co-worker that I only tipped $3.00. The co worke

Carla is my favorite, I’ve been getting my. Brows threaded by her for years. She listens to my request and never makes my brows too thin and gets my arch perfect each time. She never rushes and asks me if I am satisfied before checking me out. I have referred my friends and family to Carla also!
