Brow Arc - Treasure Coast Mall

If you plan on going to the Brow Arc at Jensen Beach Mall, I strongly recommend avoiding Lucy. She had a very rude, unprofessional attitude. She became dismissive when I didn’t specifically request her as my brow artist. I was there on January 23, 2026, around 10:30–11:00 AM, and her behavior was so bad that the customer waiting behind me also left without receiving services. That’s two lost customers due to one employee’s attitude. Management should review the camera footage from that morning to see exactly what happened. An employee with this kind of behavior hurts the business.

I’ve been going forever here and I had Lucy today who shaped my eyebrows differently from each other and cut one of them shorter than the other. Don’t recommend going to her. The other ladies are great.

Got my eyebrows threaded again after a bad experience here 6 months ago. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt after reading everyone’s bad reviews (I’ve been going to brow arc for the last 4.5 years) & the people did not lie… i normally always tear up when getting threaded & this time I didn’t so I though “wow she has good hands” come to find out she barely did ANYTHING. I had to ask them to come back to finish & even then they still didn’t do anything so I went home & did my own eyebrows. On top of that my eyebrows burned so bad & broke out in hives that I still have a week later.(I never get irritated) Sad to say I’ll never be returning this place has changed tremendously even though it’s the same women working there…

They ignore what you ask for with your brows and do whatever THEY want. I gave them two stars since they left me with some eyebrows. I asked for a cleanup and they reshaped my brows, removing new hairs. Very inconsistent and in a huge rush, no attention to details. Never again.

Had a bad experience 4 years ago and decided to try them out again. I’ve been growing my brows out for months because I wanted them fuller. I asked for simple clean up and to keep them as thick as possible and she did not listen at all. My eyebrows are way too thin. I’m so upset. Don’t waste your money they won’t listen to what you want.
