Exceptional service by Manjit. I have been going here regularly since I moved to Santa Rosa permanently and I am both satisfied with the eyebrow and lip results. I purchased a "membership"... but by "membership" I don't mean that you pay a monthly fee. How it works is you simply pre-pay for a amount of visits (ie: five or more) and you get a discount due to prepaying. It is kind of like a prepaid punchcard and you can go in at your leisure, they don't expire and you don't need to use your visits within a certain timeframe. Usually the wait time to get a threading service is not too long, but during busy hours you can expect to wait up to 15 minutes.

Sorry to say the lady who usually threads my eyebrows wasn’t at the salon when I showed up. The lady that did my service did an awful job. Thankfully I paid with a coupon for a discounted rate but it still wasn’t worth it I’ll go back there but only to my regular lady She’s the best! But I do want a refund!

I would rate my service a -10 . I am in town for an important conference and wanted to thread my eyebrows . The woman asked if I wanted tint , I never tinted before but all the ladies eyebrows looked amazing ! I left looking like an angry anime character! DO NOT COME HERE! I went to Sephora after and the women felt so sorry for me . I then purchased items to hopefully fix it. I am so hurt and embarrassed. I repeat DO NOT COME HERE!

Long overdue review: Kripa is fantastic! I went in for brow threading a couple of weeks ago and was so impressed with her skill, attention to detail and kindness. I've been getting my brows threaded for years and never had a better experience or a better result than with Kripa. I'll absolutely be going back and requesting her again :)
