A guy cutted my bangs. Ruined my hair for the next two weeks

I've never written a review before, so the fact that the service here made me do so is very telling. The lady, who I think is the owner, was very disrespectful and mocked my preference when I told her what I wanted. This made me extremely uncomfortable the entire time. She even got offended when I said I didn't like the results. I've never had such a negative experience at a hair salon before. If I could give negative stars, I would. Other reviews reported unpleasant experience too, and I can vouch for them. I'm never coming here again.

Extremely disappointing experience due to the incredibly rude and disrespectful staff. When I mentioned that my hair is not being trimmed short enough, the staff was extremely defensive and said that she refuses to continue unless I admit I was “wrong.” Ridiculous customer service. Avoid this place.

Poor customer service. I asked for a simple blunt one-length haircut. When the guy dried it after the haircut, the right side was significantly longer. I said something to him (multiple times) and he kept cutting the already shorter side. He then gets frustrated and starts laughing and speaking in another language to the staff while Janet is trying to fix it. My haircut is way shorter than what I wanted and is still uneven. Janet then tells me it can’t be one length because “that’s how it is.” Janet then tells me that my now haircut is uneven because of my previous haircut and asks me if I did it myself. WOW. I didn’t come here to be gaslit, just wanted a simple blunt cut.
