Staff doesn't seem very knowledgeable. The quality of the beds were good, but the rooms are small and there is no where to put your belongings other than the floor. I like how they offer goggles, and towels and clean the beds for you. I would like a better understanding of different packages offered. They also closed for Spring break and I was told I would get an extra week of tanning to make up for it but when I asked about it twice, it was never granted. It made the staff seem very unorganized and not helpful.

Hours change on a moment's notice according to PSU and holidays. Website and voice messages do not reflect the changes. Floors always look like they need vacuumed, and the low beds seem to need there bulbs changed. But other than that, what you would expect. Just be cautious if buying a month unlimited package that you verify the hours and inquire if they forsee any changes in the hours.

This was my first time using a tanning bed and the lady was nice, but she did not prepare me at all for how to use it. I didn't get any eye protection or any cream protection at all. I got so burned and will never be going back. EVER

Closed during the summer, closed during football weekends and now only open Monday through Friday 9-5?!?! Clearly do not care about local residents and only cater to students. I won’t be going back, 1. Because it’s a poor run establishment and 2. I can’t because I WORK 9-5 M-F

They are 1 of 2 tanning places you can go downtown. Their prices are not ridiculous what so ever, their beds are good and everything is very clean. What more could you need?
