Brisa's Nail Salon

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, who has been a loyal client at Brisa’s. Unfortunately, her most recent visit was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. She came in for her scheduled manicure and pedicure. While she was in the middle of her pedicure, a nail technician began removing the polish from her hands. During that process, nail polish remover was spilled onto my mother’s brand-new bag a Christmas gift from me causing damage. When my mother brought this to the owner’s attention, the response was very dismissive. There was no apology, no concern shown, and no attempt to offer any type of resolution. If you’re anything like me, you are sick and tired of leaving the salon with bloody cuticles or a slap dash job. I found this salon on Reddit And people were raving about it so I tried it, and I am also very pleased with the service. No cuts, no bleeding no slips and a beautiful job done. I will also say that it was easy to communicate with the nail tech.

Took my 13yr old for her first manicure and gel nails. The did terrible job with the nails and talked in spanish about my daughter being so young and getting nails done. They even criticized her nail color choice. Sadly my daughter is very well versed in Spanish and understood all the bad shit they talked about her and me (mother allowing young child to get full set of nails). It was a special treat and was supposed to be a lifetime memory which turned into a horrible experience. She broke into tears as soon as we got home. I called Salon and complained about bad job and how my daughter felt. They apologized & said if we can stop by they will fix it. Updated Review: This is the only place i will get my nails done!! They are always so accommodating even when I call last minute. I have not had a bad appointment with any of these talented technicians!! Highly recommend checking them out! I've seen Stacy, Maria, Jessica, Sandra and Monce and they are all excellent!

Just went to Brisa’s Nail salon and was extremely unhappy with my results. I got dip powder on my natural nails and they turned out lumpy, not properly filed and basically unfinished. The nail tech did not even use an electric file which left the nails looking really thick. She didn’t even put a clear gel coat on but a regular clear polish but since she was rushing messed up my thumb, tried to cover it up without properly fixing it and just called for the next customer. It’s obvious that this salon is really bad at time management because they told me I couldn’t have a french tip as they were running behind. I just don’t understand how they thought letting me leave with a bumpy, unfiled nail was acceptable. These nails were for a formal I was having that day and now I’m just really upset w
