Brilliance Salon and Spa

Janelle has been cutting and coloring my hair for years. She is super friendly and has an amazing memory for what we've tried in the past and even what's going on in my life. I have full confidence in her ability to cut, color and style my hair beautifully. The salon is cozy and clean with great products.

I got there and the girl I was set up with wasn’t very nice. You know that vibe you usually catch within the first few minutes of talking to the person doing your hair? Yeah this vibe wasn’t good. I showed her the pic of the cut I wanted and she kept reiterating how a pixie or a bob were my only options(neither of which I wanted). When I asked her for other options, she reiterated AGAIN very sarcastically and pointedly. I had told her how I’ve never had short hair before and was unfamiliar with any cuts and she got visibly annoyed. All in all a very unfriendly vibe from this girl, I ended up leaving. However, the other customer I met while waiting was very nice and said she’s a regular and has had wonderful experiences.

Janelle did a wonderful job trimming and touching up my hair! She's very knowledgeable about hair maintenance. I will definitely be coming back to this amazing place!

Beautiful salon. Cozy and inviting, and great customer service. A lovely lady named Laura did my cut and did an absolutely-beautiful-just-perfect job. I have very very long hair and 99% of the time aren’t thrilled about my cuts anywhere else. Well, I’ve found my spot! I’ll be returning to see Laura at Brilliance! Thank you so much!

I've been coming here about 2 years. New owner after Darae's changed to Brilliance is a great transition. Aveda products, vegan! Great service and style. Highly recommend.
