Brenda's space is incredibly relaxing and private and I felt completely comfortable and at ease the moment I arrived! She's extremely knowledgeable and highly intuitive when it comes to energy and the body. Throughout the massage, she checked in often to make sure I was feeling okay, asked thoughtful questions about my pain and how my body felt, and truly tailored the entire experience to my needs. She is such a genuine and friendly person I would highly recommend her!

Brenda is one of the top massage therapists I’ve ever been too. I love a good deep tissue massage and she is the best. The atmosphere is very relaxing and sanitary. Stepping into Brenda's cozy office I am greeted by smiles and caring arms that are quick to hug, assuring acceptance in the space she created. She gets a breakdown of ailments, aches, and tension before the massage starts. After coming up with a collective game plan I melt into her firm but tender touch. She is keenly aware of the way the body works thus ensuring she focuses on the areas that cause problems. I had been to many massage therapists prior to Brenda and no one was able to help with my chronic shoulder pain. After a few sessions with Brenda I had increased mobility and no daily discomfort. I have seen Brenda a few times and each time she is able to fix whatever muscle knots or aches are bothering me. It is not fun to be in pain and a massage is worth the try in lieu of medication. As Brenda says, the whole body is interlinked. One may wonder why she is massaging a non afflicted area, however, after Brenda gets done, I see that she is right.
