Don't Go Waste Time & Money - Poor Customer Service! Attempted exploring nail salon because of location, hours, products and atmosphere. However, customer service, prices and desired nails are more vital to the expericence. Usually don't write reviews but Sunny the owner displays poor - inadequate customer service and communication. She refuses to do designs you prefer, rushes and reshaped my nails wrong without asking, also has an awkward disposition. Go where customer service is pleasant, professional and you as the customer receive service you request and desire.

The workers were very kind but look at all of the air bubbles on my nails. There was nail polish on my fingers and I had to remove it myself. Do not recommend. I was charged 60$ not ok not happy.

They keep the place spotless, and their attention to detail is unmatched — every manicure and pedicure I’ve had here has been flawless. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly takes their time to make sure you leave happy. They offer long hours, which makes it so easy to fit in an appointment around a busy schedule. The prices are fair for the quality you get, and the work lasts beautifully — my gel nails always look fresh and polished for weeks. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming salon that delivers excellent results every time, this is it. Highly recommend!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I normally don’t write bad reviews but I had to. I was over charged for a gel pedi, ending up being $89 when I told her I never got a spa package. I asked for acrylics and she proceeded to do sns ? I asked for french and she made it so thick, I had to ask her to take it off and just leave them plain. I showed her the inspo pic for the flowers gems I wanted and she proceeded to freestyle. $217 and 3 hours wasted. DONT RECOMMEND. Update 7/17 — Three of my nails have broken off, 2 weeks later…. This has never happened to me whenever I have gotten acrylics elsewhere. Now one of my nails also has fungus, I presume.
