I cannot recommend her enough! I just had a Brazilian wax done and it was honestly the most painless experience I’ve ever had. She made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish, and her technique is amazing. I kept waiting for it to hurt… and it never did! She’s professional, quick, and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. The whole experience was smooth, easy, and way better than I expected. If I could give her 1,000 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend to anyone who’s nervous about waxing or just looking for the best around!

Today was the first time I tried the newer location and it was my best experience yet! Ashland was truly high quality and paid attention to detail!

I recently visited for a Brazilian wax and brow service, and unfortunately my experience was not great. I am an esthetician myself, so I’m very familiar with proper waxing technique. The wax kept breaking and the skin was not held taut during removal, which caused unnecessary pain and bruising. I’ve had Brazilian waxes many times and this was by far the most uncomfortable. I also requested that my brows be balanced and was very clear about what I wanted, but the results were uneven and the tint was not applied well. The staff was very friendly and the technician was sweet, so this is not a complaint about customer service. However, skill and consistency are extremely important in this industry, and based on my experience, I would not return.

Linda was wonderful. She talked me through the entire process, told me what to expect and her recommendations. She really made me feel at ease. The front desk was also very kind and professional. Very clean facility.

Had an amazing experience getting a Brazilian wax. Ashley was amazing and Angela gave me excellent customer service! Angela was very knowledgeable about products and service! Ashley was very gentle and gave great advice. Will be coming back to this location for now on!
