The worst experience getting my eyebrows threaded and lip done. The girl servicing me did not know what she was doing at all. My eyebrows were not cleaned up properly, she didn’t trim , brush or shape them. She actually handed me the brush to do it myself and asked if she missed anything, I pointed to all the areas she missed and she went back in with tweezers then wax and still missed all the hairs. She kept blaming it on my eyebrows and said my hair was stubborn when in reality she just didn’t know what she was doing. When I saw she didn’t know how to thread, I switched the threading of my lip to wax to make it easier on her, BIG MISTAKE, she burned me, my skin was raw afterwards and she still missed plenty hairs. My lip is still raw and I have been putting peroxide and neosporin all day

Ima be honest I’ve come here a few times and the service is always top tear how ever I have sensitive skin and for some reason with the warm wax I seemed to break out ….. this time I went Patricia was very understanding when I asked is she could wax me with the paper strips and she educated me thru that process but she understood what I wanted and she listened …. She also was patient and made very good suggestions on how to get the job done…. Needless to say I will be asking for her every time she used sugar wax as well at the end to make sure every course hair was gone and a black women it’s very hard to find someone to take care of you and your skin …… I was extremely comfortable and relaxed LOCATION IS PERFECT TOO … and they took me as a walk in what else is there to sa

I've been a client of Sylvania since 2012. I've experienced all locations and this is my favorite by far! All of the ladies here are amazing and scheduling is super easy. I also love taking advantage of their promotions.

Victoria was wonderful! She was thorough, she took good care of me, and she was always checking to make sure I was comfortable . I will absolutely be back! the staff as a whole was so kind and accommodating considering I had to move my appointment around more than once. Highly recommend!
