Brasilian Blow Dry Bar

I had an absolutely awful experience at this salon, and I’m genuinely shocked by how unprofessional the customer service was. When I booked my appointment over the phone, I was given a clear price. But when it came time to check out, the owner suddenly tried to charge me more than what I was quoted. When I politely explained the price I was given over the phone, the owner became extremely rude. She raised her voice at me in front of other customers, made me feel embarrassed, and completely belittled. I walked out feeling horrible about myself and honestly wish I had never gone in the first place. It completely ruined my day.
