brandMD Skin Care

I have asked for CEO’s email address to share my experience with the company to no avail. My rep number four has asked me to only contact her and has restricted my emails to return. For the record all my reps just disappear without notice and my company and products have been left hanging m, not completed or samples sent I did not request. The products are great, but the business representation is horrible. I would love to share my story of less then a year of service to improve BrandMDs service other then my current rep that would be wonderful. Please send CEOs email. Thank you

Assuming the company closed. Haven’t had a company that makes it so difficult to order. Will be moving all of our locations to another company after 5 years with BrandMD.

I have been doing business with brandMD since January 2024. The products are so good. I especially love their biopeptide. Legitimate business with wonderful customer service once you have an established account. The rep gets back to me same day when I have questions. Again the products are so good. Likely the best pharmaceutical brand i have used.

Same issue - customer service - I've tried literally everything and no one gets back including email, and calls multiple times. Dr. Irwin

Same as others have posted on here and reddit. I've tried to contact by email and phone calls and im continuously going unanswered. They're active on Instagram where I found them so a little disappointing. I hate giving bad reviews :(
