Braids Center

When I walked in the shop I was barely acknowledged, although they are nice on the phone. I was given two different prices and she wanted to charge me more. The shop was super filthy, and she used a filthy towel to dry my hair after she dipped it in water. That towel looked like she had been scrubbing the floor. My braids was cute it's just the overall experience there. I will not recommend anyone here. This was my first and last time.

Came here twice for knotless braids. First time was great. Second time was horrible. Braids in the back are much bigger than the braids in the front .I asked for medium knotless. It looks more like medium in the front and large in the back. It's Tuesday and I got my hair braided on last Thursday. My braids are already unraveling and frizzy because it was a rushed job. My hair wasn't tucked properly nor do they use enough product to make the braids neat and last. One person braided my hair the second time but two braided the first time. I reached out and let the owner know that I am not happy and she simply states "I did my best". I paid $250 for braids that look a month old not even a week later. I wouldn't recommend this shop. He's doing better now.I hope all is well with you and your family. I've had sooo many compliments on your work. Thank you kindly for making my experience well above amazing! Congratulations on the new location!! I think it's so beautiful, neat and clean. I didn't know that you also sold items to compliment your style such as jewelry, make up and more. At pre pandemic prices too!! I definitely will be back! God willing. Until then, stay blessed!!

This place is awesome. The ladies are so friendly and respectful. The place is very clean also. There price are reasonable. I had some box braids, they stayed for a long tone and still looked beautiful. Its a must go ladies 😍

Customer service was horrible. I walked in and no one said anything, they just looked at me. I had to ask if I was in the right place. They seemed nice when I called to make the appointment on the phone. I got two Goddess braids. They were sloppy not neat at all. Took them down in three days. Not worth the 35 bucks!
