Braids by Rose

I made an appt for 9am, called ,was told to wait 10 minutes. The store was closed still. I came 10 minutes early not to be late for my appt. So at 9:15am I left and arranged another appt with someone else. Why call 20 minutes after? I understand if you are the owner or assistant, you do what you want , but still be respectful to other people's time.

They are sad case of braids croquet braids. I will advise nope.
