My hair came out very well. She provided the hair, i would ask if she provides colors if you are looking for that, I only got black. Paid $250 for waist length Senegalese twists which i thought was high (i normally pay less for the same style/length including hair, but im new to the area… maybe thats the norm down here?) She is also very nice and wants to make sure you like your hair and will make adjustments as requested. The 4 stars is not for the quality of the braids but the braider was 20 minutes late. Then my hair didnt get started until almost 10 when my appointment was at 9. A barber in the shop actually called her to let her know she had customers and she said she had almost forgotten about the appointments she made. Best braiding shop in town I've been getting my hair braided by her for the last 6 years straight I moved out of Baltimore and still come and get my hair done to this day Thank you for the wonderful service her and her sisters have great spirits Nice lovable woman's next time you're in town come check them out You will never be disappointed!!!!!

Only the day after my service and the crochet braids I got done are coming out. My parts are CROOKED. And there are big gaps in the install that could’ve been prevented by strategic placement. I now have to PAY money and spend my own time getting this fixed. I’ve gotten crochet braids installed at a few places but this was by far the worst. Not worth the money I paid even with the price being fair. Pay more to get better results somewhere else.

I went to this salon all throughout college, and even after moving, I still come back to Baltimore JUST to get my hair braided by her. She is by far the best and kindest braided I’ve ever been to. Her technique is impeccable and my braids are always look cleanest when she does them. I’m constantly asked about who braids my hair. She listens to exactly what you want and executes each styles perfectly. And on top of that, she’s extremely kind and patient. Customer service is much better than most braiding salons. You won’t regret getting your hair done here.
