I've been going there for decades and a great experience! Same awesome family! When my loved one got cancer and her hair was falling out, the took such great care of her help her with a wig and show great kindness. That was in 2015!

I had scheduled an appointment for my daughter because we needed something done to her hair before the weekend. I scheduled it forThursday at 5pm. My daughter has a lot of hair and I was prepared to stay there until 12. The braider Delly has to be one of the fastest because we were out of there in about3 hours for medium knotless. Her braids came out nice and neat. Delly was nice and professional. The entire staff was very welcoming .

It was my first time at the salon. I had 4 butterfly conrows done, which by the way the hairstylist did well. However, the owner/the lady at the front charged me over $170 ($150 for style and 20 something for braiding hair) for a style she previously said was $75, and based on my understanding she changed the price due to the fact that I had locs. This is especially unfortunate because I previously planned on making this my regular hair store since it’s so close to where I stay, but now I will not because she was not truthful and I am certain of this.

Do not call to get information over the phone. They will tell you anything. I called to ask if they do pre-parts. A gentleman told me yes, I could hear him ask someone in the background for confirmation because he didn’t know what I was talking About. I asked him how much it would be he told me $25. I drove 40 minutes from my house to come here just when I walked in. I told the lady what I wanted and she said we don’t do that here and I told her my experience over the phone she said yeah he was confused… I said OK well what about braiding my natural hair just plaits She said that they would charge 150 because my hair is “thick”. I have 3a/3b hair texture… i’m not the type to argue with anyone, especially when it comes to my hair.

service is good, prices are very high but the work they do is good (if you show them a picture). payed $300. but if you ask them to correct something they will not do it. not meeting customers needs.
