I went there about 3 months ago first time going. And had stylist Shawna she was the best I laughed looked good leaving out and felt great. I went back again 1 month ago and Shawna gave me to another stylist precious and what I wanted I totally did not get. I showed Precious the hair style numerous of times and still did not give the look that I wanted. I felt like she didn't want to take the time to do the style. She was not communicative and anything I suggested to make the matter better she was against it. Very ruff on my head. I feel as a stylist if you can't do it just tell the client that. And up charged me for something I did not want or got. Just saying make sure you get what you want before leaving out of there.

I came to this salon once and the customer service was good went well Carmen did my hair and it came out beautiful. I recommended this salon to my sister and she went to get her hair done but it didn't come out how she wanted. I told that my experience was good and to just give them another try. She went back last week and Angie did her hair and it came out horrible. She informed Angie that she wasn't satisfied with her hair but she did not want to fix it. She went back later that day because she still was not satisfied. After going back and forth with Angie and the manager another young lady finally fixed her hair and it came out great. This place has horrible customer service and my sister and I will be finding a new place to get our hair done and we will be spreading the word about thei

Today was my very first visit here. And this place is the bomb.com!!! Mrs. Shawna and Angie hooked my hair up after a hair emergency. They were very professional, clean, and kind to me, I got out in a timely manner as a walk-in the price was very affordable. I found a new hairstylist!!! I HIGHLY recommend coming here it was an exceptionally great expierence. If you're looking for a new hairstylist come here!

I've received enjoyed every service I have received so far. I've gotten my hair colored, cut, blown out and roller set done and I've loved the finish product every single time. The ladies are so attentive and really do understand hair. I will continue to have my hair care needs taken care of by the ladies at salon 728.

Stylist Angela did a wonderful job on my natural hair. She has great customer service and the salon is clean and inviting. The prices are reasonable.
