I had my first ashiatsu massage with Lisa today and I will definitely be returning. Lisa made me feel comfortable and she took the time to discuss with me what my individual body needed at this time and tailored the massage accordingly. I left feeling incredibly relaxed both mentally and physically and with a better understanding of how to take care of my body during high volume training periods. 100% would recommend.

As someone who gets massages regularly, I am somewhat picky about my therapists. I was grateful that Lisa was able to tailor her massage to some of my trouble areas (neck and shoulders). I was surprised that she could apply consistent deep pressure throughout the entire massage. I will definitely be booking with her again!
